codbash 7.13.0 — first macOS desktop app (Apple Silicon / arm64).

A native window around the full codbash dashboard + browser terminal. Same features as codbash-app on npm, in a standalone app.

Install

  1. Download codbash-7.13.0-arm64.dmg below.
  2. Open the DMG, drag codbash to Applications.
  3. First launch: right-click codbash → Open (this build is unsigned — see note), then confirm.

Alternatively: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/codbash.app

Updates

The app checks GitHub Releases on launch (and every 6h). When a newer version is published, it offers to open the download page. (Silent auto-update will be enabled once the app is code-signed with a Developer ID certificate.)

Notes

  • Unsigned build — macOS Gatekeeper will warn on first open; use right-click → Open. A signed + notarized build is coming once a Developer ID cert is in place.
  • Apple Silicon (arm64) only for now; Intel (x64) to follow.
  • The CLI is unchanged: npm i -g codbash-app && codbash run.
