Lashline 0.1.2
A fix for the wing's angle.
What's changed
- The wing now points up from the line between the corners of your eye, like a drawn cat eye. Before, it was measured from the slope of the lid at the outer corner, which already angles down, so even a lifted wing pointed slightly down.
- The wing keeps its full width at the base.
- The outer lashes follow the same line, so they no longer droop over the wing.
- The README now explains how to use Lashline in Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams through the OBS Virtual Camera.
Downloads
- Windows:
lashline-0.1.2-windows-x64.zip - macOS (Apple silicon only, M1 or later):
lashline-0.1.2-macos-universal.pkg - Linux (Ubuntu 24.04):
lashline-0.1.2-x86_64-linux-gnu.deb
Requires OBS Studio 31 or newer. Install steps are in the README.
Known limitations
- Only tested on Windows so far. The macOS and Linux builds should work but haven't been tested in OBS yet.
- The macOS package isn't signed, so macOS blocks it the first time. The README shows how to allow it.
- Intel Macs and the Flatpak version of OBS on Linux aren't supported.
Lashline 0.1.1
The first release of Lashline: a live eyeliner filter for your webcam in OBS Studio, like Snap Camera's eyeliner lens.
What it does
- Draws a winged top-lid liner, with optional lashes, that follows your eyes as you move, blink and turn your head
- Hides the far eye's liner when you turn so it doesn't land on the bridge of your nose
- Adjustable color, opacity, thickness, wing length, wing angle and edge softness
- Runs entirely on your computer: no account, no internet, nothing leaves your machine
