Valis-owned prebuilt delivery of the startup-handshake fix submitted upstream in
SnosMe/uiohook-napi#66.

  • Prebuilds: macOS arm64, macOS x64, Windows x64

The CI run executes separate deterministic regressions for a premature/spurious
condition-variable wake and an early hook_run() failure on macOS and Windows.
Each native binary is loaded under Electron 42.9.3 before the single package
artifact is assembled and installed with lifecycle scripts disabled.
