popover with ONLY mouseenter. No effect on mouseleave event.

My requirement is to build a popover using ngx-bootstrap which shows up on mouse hover but shouldn't leave on mouse leave. And popover should disappear on outside click and say close btn from the template.
And also I want to add custom template in the popover.
