Greek locale not supported in datepicker

We are producing an angular project and we need the Greek locale for datepicker in order to show Greek translations in days and months. I am native Greek and I could also help you with the Greek translations!

We've already have a PR, related to Greek locale, but, it's not completed right now : #5737

I've shared the good examples of locales PRs there , so, you can try to finish it, or, create your own
