Packages

dev

  • Dev rounds run each added or changed test file alone and fix failures before the validation run. Investigation runs remain available under the dev skill's validation rules.

github

  • pr-merge distinguishes a failed mergeability read from GitHub still computing. Failed reads keep GitHub's error or exit code while preserving the existing retry route. Merge summaries and classifier help describe both causes.

linear

  • Post-merge checks accept merge, UTC time, and release triggers with deadlines tied to the trigger.

orch

  • Set ORCH_ARCHIVE_ROOT to choose where state cleanup and SSH lane close save archives. The default archive location stays the same.
  • Breaking: Lane preferences can select a host per entry. Claude cloud hosts now require cloud credit and no longer use weekly plan credit. Repositories with a Claude cloud grant can spend it first and fall back to Codex when the grant is exhausted, locked, expired or unavailable for the repository. To keep plan-credit fallback, add an entry without a host or with a plan host after the cloud entry.
  • Breaking: Golden-baseline capture, commit and push now require a baseline policy in [skill-instructions].orch. A CI skip requires a separate baseline-only CI exception. Consumers must select their capture criterion, visual QA target and approval, host and isolation gate there, and select the exception and its commit subject separately if needed.
  • Breaking: Development rounds call Cargo cleanup only when the consumer selects that cleanup policy. Consumers that need it must select the policy in [skill-instructions].orch; selected cleanup keeps the existing threshold, owned target scope and failure handling.
  • The watch lists due verification checks each pass. Failed checks keep merged items in Verifying with a blocking fix item.
  • Confirm an existing app approval after a failed GitHub review POST. Report an unconfirmed read separately so overseers check reviews before approving again.
  • Claude cloud lanes commit and push each finished part of their work. Cloud reviews and audits launch as recorded lanes, so a session that runs out of credit or time can leave its partial report on the item branch.
  • Fallback approvals wait for Copilot reviews already queued or running on the same head. A completed review returns to the review-reply check before approval. The hold has a configurable time limit.
  • Post-merge skips refresh and verification when the adopted refresh workflow owns the outputs, keeping the base checkout clean for the next merge.
  • Lane selection and account listing parse account settings once and reuse directory identities, so larger retirement lists do not start more commands for each account.
  • Merge guidance covers a failed mergeability read and GitHub still computing. Existing retry and merge routes stay unchanged.
  • Keep parked lanes while their recorded pull request is open, and resume merged lanes whose Done item still has an unchecked completion box. Retain PR identity through recovery so a failed resume cannot close a lane whose PR is still open.

project-management

  • Post-merge checks name their evidence trigger and require readable evidence inside the deadline window.

review-gate

  • Organization-wide immediate refresh dispatch moves to fleet through fleet repos kendex-refresh. Consumer scheduled refresh, manual refresh and the kendex-refresh event receiver remain available.
  • Consumer refresh settings reports keep model selection in the consumer's model and provider configuration.

reviewer-correctness

  • Correctness reviews check changed views for accessibility, read record producers, and inspect async targets and branches shared across modes.

reviewer

  • Reviewers read the documents that repository Read-when lines route to each changed path and cite rules they find breached.
