fix: include Kraken Earn vault balances missing from /Balance

Kraken removes funds in some Earn "vault" strategies (e.g. BTC/USDC) from the /Balance response, leaving only a dust entry, so fetchKrakenBalances reported zero for them. Also fetch /Earn/Allocations and reconcile per asset with max(balance, earn) — surfacing vault funds without double-counting earn that already appears in /Balance (e.g. ETH as ETH2.S).
