fix(newsstand): round workout minutes in the health digest

thisWeekMinutes can be fractional; round it so the digest reads e.g. '(45 min)' rather than a long decimal.

feat(jobs): scrape George Gammon's second channel and dedup across both

Gammon cross-posts between the 'George Gammon' and 'Rebel Capitalist' channels. Fetch both channel feeds and merge them, deduping by URL and normalized title so a cross-posted video is filed once.

fix(mobile): stop content clipping off-screen across five views

On phones (<640px) several views pushed content past the right edge of the overflow-x-hidden scroll container, which silently clipped it. Root cause in each case: an element's intrinsic (max-content) width drove a grid/flex track instead of being clamped, so nowrap/truncate text expanded the container rather than shrinking inside it.

  • Politics feed grid: add grid-cols-1 + min-w-0 on cards so the mobile track caps to the viewport; bill/EO titles and trade rows now wrap/truncate instead of being cut mid-word.
  • Debts & Income cards: left block min-w-0 + name truncate + chips flex-wrap; right cluster shrink-0 so balance/actions stay on screen.
  • Health segment header: stack flex-col sm:flex-row so the long subtitle gets full width instead of a ~130px sliver.
  • Strategy signal grid: grid-cols-2 on mobile + break-words.

All changes gated below sm:/md: so desktop is unchanged. vp check + vp test green.

Fix mobile layout in Daily Edition toolbar and Research ingest tabs

On mobile the Daily Edition toolbar packed its 6-button group beside the
metadata line, squeezing the date/source/token info into a sliver-wide
column. Stack the toolbar vertically below the sm breakpoint and let the
button group wrap.

The Research ingest mode toggle was a non-wrapping flex row, so the
fourth option ("Upload video/audio") clipped off the right edge on
narrow screens. Allow the row to wrap and keep each label on one line.
