Claude Code hooks configuration format was incorrect

Problem

Claude Code requires a specific hooks format with matcher and hooks array:

Bug Fix

• Example change moved to examples/: The add-user-login example no longer affects user projects when installing OpenAllIn

Changes

• changes/ directory is now empty by default (ready for user's real work)
• examples/add-user-login/ contains the learning reference material
