DBX v1.0.0 — single-node launch profile

Supported contract: 100 tenants/node, 100k vectors/tenant, durable strings + vectors.
Reader keys cannot SET or VADD. Production /metrics requires Bearer. Control-plane TLS is required off localhost.

Not in this release: cluster, data-plane Raft, SOC 2, Linux-certified throughput numbers (Windows cert host only; Linux is CI).
