Updated `TraceReport.cs` to replace static initialization of `ReportInterval` and `ReportFolder` with methods `GetReportInterval()` and `GetReportFolder()`. This allows configuration via environment variables `LIGHT_TRACE_REPORT_INTERVAL` and `LIGHT_TRACE_REPORT_FOLDER`, with defaults provided if not set.
Updated `dotnet.yml` to add steps for publishing and uploading test results. Modified the test command to include logging options and specify a results directory. Included the `dotnet.yml` workflow file in the `LightTrace.sln` solution items for better project structure recognition.
- Updated `MinimumVisualStudioVersion` in `LightTrace.sln`. - Added new `DemoConsoleApp` project with build configurations. - Changed target framework in `DemoConsoleApp.csproj` from `net6.0` to `net8.0`. - Enhanced `SetParameters.ps1` to set environment variables and check/create report folder with logging.
