Fixed

  • Long reads no longer die writing an MP3. The Sentry error Unable to write file 'vscode-userdata:…/audio/varterm-play-…-24.mp3' came from writing each part through Cursor's userdata filesystem into a folder shared by every window. Playback files now go to the OS temp directory through Node's filesystem, and prune skips files that are still playing.
  • Varterm: Toggle Agents Window Reading is declared in package.json, so it appears in the Command Palette.

Removed

  • Editor extension: three declared-but-unregistered commands (signInAccount, signOutAccount, saveToLibrary) and five settings for an ingest/ask feature with no entry point (chunkSize, chunkOverlap, askMaxChunks, askMaxContextChars, autoReadAnswersAloud), along with the dead ingestDocuments / askAI code behind them.

Changed

  • Store README, site copy, and docs/marketing.md brought in line with current behaviour: shared reading queue across windows, markdown stripping, Agents window switch, bring-your-own-key ElevenLabs, 29 languages / 31 locales.
