📺 TV — a new home

• Canvas, the full-screen home — the TV home can now put the focused title on the whole screen with one shelf beneath it, instead of a rail beside a poster wall. It's the default now; the classic board is one switch away under Settings → Home Screen.
• Canvas keeps your favourites — IPTV, Debrify TV, Stremio TV and Playlist favourites are first-class rails with the same cards, badges and progress the classic board draws, UP/DOWN switching between them. Focusing an IPTV favourite hands the whole screen to that channel's live feed.
• It moves like a TV app should — cards rise into focus instead of snapping, the shelf glides to the focused card rather than teleporting, and holding a direction no longer rebuilds the title and re-decodes a full-screen backdrop on every single keypress. The spotlight waits for the remote to rest.
• Five sidebars — pick the rail's look under Settings → Sidebar Style; the new chromeless Ghost is the default.
• Screen size, sane by default — TV zoom now defaults to Medium (90%), and Debrify no longer renders zoomed-in on Android TV.
• The keyboard listens — press the mic on the on-screen keyboard and speak; dictation happens inside Debrify's own keyboard, with a visible listening state, rather than handing you off to a foreign text box.

🔎 Discover

• A stage for Discover too — a second layout puts the focused title's art full-bleed with a single shelf across the bottom. Now the default; the poster wall is still there under Settings → Discover Layout.
• The stage moves like the home board — same focus rise, same glide, same wait-for-rest behaviour.
• Your sort sticks — the order you pick is remembered per source, surviving both a source swap and a restart, and the grid paints already sorted instead of re-ordering a frame later.
• Sort by date added — Trakt and Simkl lists can finally be ordered by when you added them, newest or oldest, alongside A–Z and IMDb rating. It's named after what the date means: History sorts by when you watched, Ratings by when you rated.

🎬 Playback

• Open the player upright — a new Settings → Playback switch stops the player forcing your phone into landscape; the rotate button turns it when you want it.
• MPEG files play — .mpg, .mpeg, .m2p and the DVD rip's .vob were download-only across every cloud browser, not because the players couldn't read them but because one list didn't list them. Real-Debrid's downloads also stopped offering Play for files providers failed to label as video.
• Filter HDR out — Dynamic range joins quality, source, language and size in both filter surfaces. Pick SDR alone and HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG sources are excluded — and Quick Play keeps honouring that even as it relaxes every other filter.
• Bold subtitles are crisp again — bold was stamping eight extra copies of every glyph at sub-pixel offsets, which averaged into a grey mush and ate the black rim that makes subtitles readable.
• Less battery — the phone player kept decoding video into an invisible surface after you pressed Home, and held the screen-wake lock while paused. Both are fixed.

📡 IPTV & recording

• Desktop recordings outlive the player — closing the player used to stop a desktop capture while Android's kept going. Now both run while the app runs, stoppable from the Recordings hub, and quitting flushes what was mid-write instead of truncating it.
• Recordings say why they failed — a capture that dies in five seconds now reports what the provider actually answered, instead of blaming the stream.
• Pick an end time on a clock — scheduling offered a start time and then a length from a list, so "record until the match ends" meant arithmetic. There's now a Pick end time… option, and an end past midnight rolls to the next day.
• Hide categories you don't want — whole IPTV categories can be hidden from the guide.
• The desktop preview stops running away — on the IPTV cockpit, sweeping the mouse toward the stage's Watch and Record buttons repointed the panel at every row it crossed, so you arrived at a channel you'd merely passed. A row now has to be rested on before it claims the stage.

🧩 Add-ons

• Add-ons that declare no content types are asked, not dropped — a manifest that keeps its types inside its resources (StremThru Torz among them) looked like it served nothing and was silently skipped for every movie and series search, without a single request ever being sent. Already-installed add-ons start working without being re-added.

⚙️ Settings

• One map, by intent — settings are reorganised into shared sections by what you're trying to do rather than by which platform you're on, so phone and TV finally agree on where things live.
• Search finds the rest — a sweep of every page turned up rows the settings search had never indexed: provider enable/hide switches, PikPak's device-ID reset, the Home screen's default view, playback's custom command, font import and DeoVR controls, and the whole IPTV surface including scheduling and the recording engine.
• Two things you can now say no to — Debrify TV's prefetch (which adds torrents to Real-Debrid and AllDebrid on your behalf) and IPTV's watch history are both switchable, having been unconditional.

🐛 Fixes

• Cloud toolbars no longer hide under the status bar — opening Real-Debrid, TorBox or AllDebrid from the Cloud hub or a deep link drew their toolbar beneath the system strip, which on iOS left Back and the action icons dead.
