Fixes Applied

Error 1: ImportError: cannot import name 'Github' from 'github'

• Root Cause: Project's github/ package was shadowing PyGithub's github package.
• Fix: Renamed github/ → github_integration/ and updated all imports across 5 files:

github_client.py
github_tools.py
github_agent.py
cli.py
pyproject.toml

Error 2: KeyError: 'C:\Users\username.gitmind\chroma'

• Root Cause: ChromaDB's SharedSystemClient maintains an internal cache (_identifier_to_system) that can desynchronize — especially when the persist directory doesn't exist yet or paths aren't normalized.
• Fix in vector_store.py :

Path normalization via Path.resolve() — ensures consistent cache keys
Directory pre-creation — mkdir(parents=True, exist_ok=True) before client init
Retry with cache cleanup — catches KeyError, clears the stale cache entry, and retries
