TokenLedger OMP 首个独立公开版本：保留 OMP 同账号用量合并、Codex 5 小时／周额度估算、周重置周期历史及 API USD／credits 独立显示。使用独立应用、数据库、凭据和自动启动标识，不迁移原私有版数据。

下载 Windows x64 安装程序运行即可；附有 SHA-256 和中英双语 README。自动签名更新未配置，请通过 Releases 手动更新。安装包未做 Authenticode 签名。

OpenQuota main 0b21b35 已在基线中，没有新的已合并修复待引入；未合并依赖和功能 PR 未直接纳入。

验证：223 项前端用例覆盖通过，Svelte／ESLint／前后端契约／Clippy 通过；113 项隔离 Rust 核心测试通过；NSIS 构建及独立测试配置中的发布 EXE 托盘启动通过。完整桌面 Rust 测试 EXE 启动遇到 0xc0000139，未宣称该套件通过；没有新的人工 UI 验收。

First independent public TokenLedger OMP release. Preserves same-account OMP usage merging, Codex five-hour/weekly quota estimates, weekly reset history and separate API USD/credit displays. Application, database, credential and autostart identities are independent; private-edition data is not migrated.

Run the Windows x64 installer. SHA-256 and a Chinese/English README are attached. Signed automatic updates are unconfigured: update manually from Releases. The installer is not Authenticode-signed.

OpenQuota main 0b21b35 is already included. No newer merged fixes were available; unmerged dependency/feature PRs were not imported.

Validation: 223 frontend cases covered and passing; Svelte, ESLint, contracts and Clippy passed; 113 isolated Rust core tests passed; NSIS built and the release EXE initialized its tray under a separate test profile. The full desktop Rust test EXE failed to launch with 0xc0000139 and is not reported as passing. No new manual UI acceptance was performed.
