What's new
Zero dependencies. The app bundles static cwebp and ffmpeg binaries — no Homebrew, no Node.js, no setup required. Just download, unzip, and open.

First launch
macOS will block the app on first open. See the included SETUP.txt or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. This only needs to be done once.
What it optimizes
- Images: JPG/PNG → WebP (quality 90, max 1920px, metadata stripped)
- Videos: MP4/MOV → H.264 MP4 + VP9 WebM (no audio, metadata stripped)
