v11.2.1 — clearer install.sh error on missing python3-venv

On fresh Debian/Ubuntu/WSL boxes python3-venv is not installed by default. install.sh now does a
preflight import-ensurepip check and prints a single-line apt/dnf/brew command for the user's distro instead of letting python's cryptic ensurepip error reach them.
