v14.2.0 — facts that change over time

• memory_answer answers with the latest value of a fact that changed over time ("Mary loves red", later "Mary no longer likes red; she has fallen for green" → green, previously red). The reader and verifier now see each record's recording date, and a value stays current until a later record changes it. LongMemEval knowledge-update 12/78 → 35/78 with Claude Haiku 4.5; see docs/benchmarks/knowledge-update-v14/RESULTS.md.
• A hard contradiction no longer refuses before reading: both sides go to the reader with their dates. MEMORY_CONTRADICTION_POLICY=abstain restores the 14.1.0 refusal. The contradiction scorer sees the question, so a conflict about someone else no longer blocks the answer.
• Russian word forms: Cyrillic terms are stemmed in the lexical recall tier and in claim grounding ("Маша" finds "Маше"). New dependency snowballstemmer.
• One stored timestamp format, 2026-09-21T08:21:37.622445Z (UTC). Migration 034 rewrites older +00:00, fraction-less and zone-less values; zone-less values were local time and are converted with that zone's DST rules. Relative-time SQL filters compare against the same format.
• Answers are written in the language of the question.
• Add benchmarks/knowledge_update_eval.py and scripts/smoke_knowledge_update.py.

Upgrading runs migration 034 once; back up memory.db first if you keep your own copies.
