• Make supertask upgrade a no-op when the CLI, effective plugin, cache, and ready PM2 Gateway already match npm latest.
• Add supertask upgrade --force for intentional same-version reinstall, environment refresh, and Gateway restart.
• Apply the same up-to-date no-op behavior to the OpenCode upgrade tool.
