Document Reader — chip authentication: overall document validation now fails on authenticity failures (Passive / Chip / Active Authentication). Chip-access protocols (BAC / PACE / TA) and checks that weren't performed no longer fail the document. Active Authentication on documents without DG15 is now reported as unknown instead of failed.
