initWith verifies the licence with the key passed in APIConfig.publicKey, so an environment that signs its licences with its own key pair now initialises; with no publicKey, or a value that is not a key, the built-in key is used as before. initOffline is unchanged. Pass publicKey as the bare base64 SubjectPublicKeyInfo body, without the BEGIN/END lines, since header encryption reads only that shape. Updates VBImageProcessor to 1.2.5.
