[Input Config] is not cleared when module is removed

• OS: macOS
• Version: 3.6.0

Describe the bug
When I remove the active module, it's values inside of the Input Config are not removed and I can still see them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a module to a group
2. Click on any property of the module
3. Remove the module
4. See that the Input Config is still visible

Expected behavior
The Input Config is cleared and shows nothing.
