* feat(ndi): adds NDI support via electron-builder Adds back NDI support with electron-builder 22.9.1. Fixes texture control. Increases discovery timeout. Updated as part of investigation into performance. Seemed to help a little but didn't feel like this update should be part of that issue. re #534
