Added

  • Extract full-image OCR text by type, including all text, emails, links, phone numbers, prices, and dates.
  • Redact detected text matches across an image with Blur, Pixelate, or Blackout.

Improved

  • Text/OCR now uses clearer compact extraction and redaction controls.
  • Callout labels use a clearer leader connection and open arrow tip.
  • Home, Download, and Release Notes now present Desktop Alpha, release version details, and archived history more clearly.

Fixed

  • Desktop update availability now survives renderer reloads and automatically rechecks after launch, every six hours, and after returning to the app.

Notes

  • Alpha builds are unsigned, so macOS and Windows may show security prompts.
  • This is a prerelease and is not marked as GitHub latest.
