Display milestone levels / ranks in the milestones list.

Description

Split off from FR #12

Addition or milestone level / rank for relevant milestones shown in the editor.

Use case

User would be able to see current level / rank of the particular milestone, knowing where to focus their attention.

Desired outcome

Users can easily view what rank / level the milestone is at based on the value.

Acceptance criteria

  • Displayed clearly in UI
