mike: replace supply lines + trade agreements with buy order system

- Remove SupplySection, AutoSellSection, AgreementsScreen, SupplyVehicles3D
- Remove useAllPlayerSupplyLinks hook
- Add BuyOrderSection component with buy/sell order management
- Update types: remove SupplyLinkInfo/PotentialSupplier/AutoSellConfigInfo/AgreementSummary, add BuyOrderInfo
- Update api layer (interface, http, ipc, barrel): remove old supply/agreement endpoints, add buy order + createOffering endpoints
- Add MATCH_PREFERENCE and ORDER_VISIBILITY enum maps
- Rename supply_line_sales_cents -> market_sales_revenue_cents in PerformanceScreen
- Remove /agreements route from App.tsx and nav from Layout.tsx
- Update TilesScreen to use BuyOrderSection, rename tab to Orders
