mike: condense store UI — combined buy+sell per resource card

- Fix OFFERING_VISIBILITY enum prefix (was using ORDER_VISIBILITY)
- Replace separate sell/buy sections with StoreResourceCard
- Each resource card: buy price + target stock + sell price + margin
- Shows profit margin per unit (green/red)
- Single Save button updates both buy order and sell offering
