mike: store cards — stats-first default view with edit toggle

- Default view shows: avg sold/day, sell price, profit/u, stock level, revenue sparkline
- Gear icon toggles to edit mode (buy/sell prices, priority, stock slider)
- First-time setup auto-opens edit mode when no orders exist
- Compact stock slider (200px max width)
- Removed separate StoreAnalyticsPanel — stats now inline per resource
- Slightly more vertical padding (py-3.5) between resource rows
