mike: use live market listings for supply stats (not just trade history)

- Added listOfferings query per resource to show current supply prices
- Stats now show: cheapest supply, available quantity, # sellers
- Trade history (if available): avg traded price, volume/day, price sparkline
- Fixes 'No market data yet' when no trades happened but listings exist
