Fix Electron Discord OAuth: use server callback instead of deep link

Discord rejects ventured:// as a redirect URI. Changed the Electron
OAuth flow to use https://api.ventured.gg/v1/auth/callback?source=electron
as the redirect_uri. The server redirects to ventured://auth?code=xxx
after receiving the code, which the Electron protocol handler picks up.

Updated AuthScreen to use the correct redirect_uri when exchanging
the code with the backend.
