Remove old Docker/SSH deployment — web client is on Cloudflare Pages

Deleted: deploy-web.yml workflow, deploy.sh, compose.yaml,
nginx/ (Dockerfile + nginx.conf), .dockerignore.

Kept: release.yml (Electron builds → GitHub Releases).
