April 5

Attendees: Eleanor, Abbie

• No new docs issues to triage
• Reviewed 1.9 roadmap items for docs need - pinged on the K8s channel for some questions, Abbie will follow up with devs for other issues.
• Prioritized Documentation Project board issues

March 9

Attendees: Eleanor, Abbie

• Abbie will write up a plan to bring in community contributions in the next few weeks.
• On May 1, Abbie will start working on any docs issues in the backlogs not picked up by others.
• For now, Eleanor and Abbie will continue current docs triage processes (for a new docs issue, folks should put it in the Documentation project, leave it as "needs triage", add Abbie as owner, and put the Area/Documentation label on it). In a month or so we will review this process.
• Abbie to look over current backlog items evaluate size.
• Eleanor to create a "skeleton" docs issue for each expected 1.9 feature/fix so that 1) engineering will be thinking about needed changes and 2) Abbie will know what is in the 1.9 docs scope.
• Next meeting, Eleanor and Abbie will prioritize the docs issues.
