Saman Tunnel v1.3.7

Stable Android release based on Aether Core v1.7.0.

Highlights

  • Stable ARM64, ARM32 and Universal ARM APKs
  • Smart Reconnect for WG / MASQUE H3 / MASQUE H2 / GOOL
  • Default scan remains balanced; Turbo is not enabled
  • WireGuard cached RTT above 650 ms -> fresh balanced scan
  • MASQUE H3 cached verify above 1800 ms -> fresh balanced scan
  • MASQUE H2 cached verify above 2500 ms -> fresh balanced scan
  • Cached WG/MASQUE paths that die in under 20 s are discarded
  • Short-lived GOOL outer+inner pairs are dropped before fresh scan
  • Fresh balanced-scan results are not rejected by cache thresholds
  • Improved local SOCKS5/HTTP restart using reusable local binding
  • Short local-port hand-off wait reduces false 1819/1820 conflicts after Stop
  • --quick-reconnect retained
  • --reconnect-secs 1 retained
  • Isolated :aether_core process retained
  • Safe / Full diagnostics and Home Screen Widget retained

Local proxies

  • SOCKS5: 127.0.0.1:1819
  • HTTP CONNECT: 127.0.0.1:1820

Saman Tunnel exposes local proxies; it is not itself a device-wide Android VPN.

APK choices

  • arm64-v8a — most modern Android phones
  • armeabi-v7a — older 32-bit ARM devices
  • universal-arm — contains both ARM32 + ARM64
