What happened?

I have two USBs
the first one is 32GB I put a windows 10 ltsc 2019 iso on it tried to boot in normal mode didn't work just giving black screen and forward me to the main ventoy screen
the second usb is 8GB I tried the same iso and faild to boot in normal mood like the first usb
but in wimboot mode it booted
so what is the problem and how to solve it?
is it ok to install windows that has booted from wimboot mode or I will face some problems during/after installation ?

some device notes:
laptop :lenovo thinkpad t440p
cpu : intel core i5 4200m
ram : 8gb
hard disk : 600gb hdd

bios mode : uefi only ( no csm )
hard disk partition style : gpt
usb patition style : gpt

wimboot should cause no issue, the virtual iso mounting failed due to bug in the lenovo mainboard, wim is the file in the iso image, it is more direct.
