Desired behavior
Installation of VeraCrypt without mac fuse or with user space mac fuse.
Additional information
I had to enable “Allow user management of kernel extensions from identified developers” from “Reduced Security” in order to install VeraCrypt. Although, VeraCrypt did not crash when I reverted the security policy back to “Full Security”. According to Apple, “Kexts are no longer recommended for macOS. Kexts risk the integrity and reliability of the operating system, and Apple recommends users select solutions that don’t require extending the kernel.”.
VeraCrypt version: 1.25.9
Operating system and version: Monterey 12.6.4
