Verathos v0.1.40 improves hot-capacity audit coordination under overlapping
selection windows.

What changed

  • Validators now retain every endpoint selected by the public,
    miner-reproducible capacity-audit predicate.
  • Capacity-audit cooldown and routing drain now cover the complete evidence
    lifecycle, preventing a healthy endpoint from receiving a second conflicting
    obligation while its first audit is still active.
  • Selection probability, audit workload, proof verification, scoring policy,
    signed model artifacts and wire formats are unchanged.

Updating

  • Validators and API gateways using the standard auto-updater will adopt
    v0.1.40 automatically at an idle update boundary.
  • Miners remain on v0.1.39 and do not restart for this validator-only release.
  • Manual validator installations can update using the standard installer.
