New Features

• Add -i, --images to ai decide so decision models such as Jev can judge images, alone or alongside stdin text or JSON. Upgrade to ai 7.0.139 and @ai-sdk/gateway 4.0.112, which add file parts to decision state. Requests now go to the gateway's /decision-model endpoint instead of /evaluation-model.

Improvements

• Move repository development, builds, tests, and CI to Node.js and npm. Update installation requirements to Node.js 22+ and document the Node.js 24+ development workflow.
