0.4.0

Features

  • Collect a repository's open issues and pull requests with paginated discovery, a configurable node budget, and explicit coverage limits.
  • Use open, graph, rank, and cluster with repository, item, or URL scopes. Omit the repository inside a GitHub checkout to infer it from the remote.
  • Group work with the calling agent: cluster returns a task, and cluster --apply validates the answer and rebuilds the saved dashboard without another crawl. Use --agent for headless runs.
  • Explore linked work in Explore, Impact, Swarm, and Rank. Group Swarm by cluster, state, or item kind, and compare Heat, links, blast radius, or depth.
  • Filter across views by state, item kind, clusters, Heat thresholds or percentiles, closing PR links, review state, and search.
  • Run the same filters and scoring offline with query. Return an exact dashboard link, explore an immutable --capture, or replay frozen parameters with --history.
  • Save scoring defaults globally, per provider, or per project with config. Command overrides and dashboard sliders remain exploratory.
  • Browse saved projects with dashboard, manage their latest models with runs, and inspect GitHub sign-in with auth status.

Improvements

  • Open the original dashboard design and animations as a static Next.js export, without a server.
  • Distinguish open issues, open PRs, merged PRs, closed items, and fetch errors with consistent colors and legends. Cluster colors identify groups while nodes retain their state colors.
  • Keep filters and relationship signals compact, preserve linked context, and animate Rank on entry.
  • Updated agent guidance covers queries, capabilities, coverage, scoped defaults, and returning the exact viewUrl. Refreshed the README workflow demo.

Compatibility

  • Older flags remain available for one minor release and print their replacements. Prefer command scopes, --budget, --no-save, and -o PATH.
  • Keep exported HTML together with its sibling _next/ directory and font-LICENSE.txt.
  • ISSUE_GRAPH_HOME now controls all local state, including config, captures, query history, saved dashboards, and graph/status/reconcile history.
  • Query and config support provider-scoped models. Live collection in this release remains GitHub-only.
