Second release candidate for 0.2.0, published under the next dist-tag: npm install vgpu@next.

Changes since rc.0: the examples CLI now points at https://vgpu.sh (dual-host allowlist), the examples API serves latest from deployment files, the bare npx vgpu command is now a guide to the docs workflow, and the WGSL reflector resolves bare package specifiers used as binding types. Note: vgpu examples on rc.0 cannot consume the new artifacts — upgrade to rc.1.
