Backport of the claude-sonnet-5 model id addition to release-v5.0. Adds the model id to the Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex, and Gateway providers, updates docs, and adds generate-text/stream-text examples. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
