Patch Changes

  • c9fe82d: Add Arrow 2 and Arrow 2 Telos model IDs, reasoning effort and SVG viewBox options, and fixed-credit billing metadata. Respect Arrow 2 output-token limits, stop applying legacy reference limits to newer models, and omit the unsupported vectorization output count with guidance for splitting multiple vectorizations into separate calls.
