feat(docs): dynamic open graph images for /integrations

Summary

Follow-up to #1612.

The integrations directory and detail pages currently fall back to the site-wide social image, so shared integration links do not identify the integration being shared. This adds route-specific Open Graph and X images for /integrations and /integrations/[slug].

Integration detail images use a partnership-style composition with the eve wordmark and the selected integration logo. Multicolor SVGs are converted to tonal monochrome while preserving internal detail, then rasterized and cropped to their visible bounds so intrinsic SVG padding does not skew optical alignment. Logo sizing uses dampened ink-density normalization against the eve wordmark, balancing solid and lightweight marks without making compact logos too small. Metadata such as SVG titles is omitted, native aspect ratios are preserved, and content stays within a 60px social-image safe area. The template social images introduced in #1612 remain unchanged.
