fix(selfmod): retain compatibility package

Summary

Restore @eve/self-modification as a one-time compatibility package for existing imports. Its three entrypoints forward to the implementation bundled with eve and require eve 0.52.0 or a compatible patch release.

Validation

The focused packed-install scenario builds an app through all compatibility entrypoints, and the shim typechecks successfully.
