Summary

Restores the intended self-modification vendor change after #2939 landed without it. eve now ships the built-in self-modification extension and its agent and sandbox entrypoints; the registry no longer installs a separate package.

@eve/self-modification is removed from the workspace and no longer has a publication path. The eve release note makes the bundled entrypoints available in the next release.

Validation

Focused self-modification unit, integration, and packed-install scenario coverage passed, along with eve type checking and registry validation.
