When botName is omitted, the channel falls back to the new appSlug field on GitHubChannelCredentials, then to GITHUB_APP_SLUG.
• 77eb819: Traced session and turn start events now carry portable trace context. Eval reporters can observe individual eval and traced-session starts, correlate completed results across every session trace, and read those contexts from artifacts and Braintrust metadata.
• df0804e: Instructions now accept content with an optional system or user role, and dynamic instruction resolvers have a lifecycle-specific typed API. User-role instructions enter durable conversation history at their static, session, or turn boundary; the legacy markdown form remains available as a deprecated system-role definition.
