Patch Changes

• 8b2a914: Authorize Slack HITL answers with onInputResponse before they resume a parked session. Omitting the hook preserves the existing submitting-user authorization behavior regardless of other Slack handlers.
• c2b9bbf: Slack onEvent handlers can now pass title to ctx.send() to set the run title without changing the message sent to the model.
