• 33db9a4: Improve non-interactive setup recovery: eve add now reports terminal outcomes on every path and includes non-secret answer placeholders in blocked continuation commands. eve link and eve deploy also point non-interactive callers to eve's own project commands.
• 6e87b13: Allow extension packages to declare runtime dependencies that eve must keep external and preserve with their complete package files. Consumers receive these packaging requirements automatically without editing their agent config.
• 2c01eab: Rebuild untransformed session-scoped dynamic tool executors and approval policies on durable continuations so dependency-created tools remain available after replay.
• 5e5d91b: Fix vercel.json services detection when a Vercel Root Directory is configured. The framework integrations now read vercel.json from the framework app root first, so a services declaration next to the app wins over the linked repository root's vercel.json — matching where Vercel itself reads the file from.
