• 3be0b74: Add taskDeliveryPolicy: "auto" | "cohort" to message sends. New channel sessions default to "auto", allowing independently useful reports or silence until related work settles; schedules default to "cohort", and explicit sends can select or update the session's policy.
• 49971b7: Replace object-form sandbox definitions with exported provider environments whose open() method starts and returns the current eve session's persistent live sandbox. After successful selector initialization, durable boundaries resume directly from immutable provider state without rerunning defineSandbox(); provider-specific session capabilities remain precisely typed.
