No backport to stable for d6defd4 (AI decision).

This feature builds on the new-trace-viewer architecture and the attributes-block.tsx/sidebar-data-context.tsx files, none of which exist on stable. The core link-rendering (href support) lives in the main-only attributes-block.tsx, and the stable versions of attribute-panel.tsx/entity-detail-panel.tsx are architecturally divergent (they don't import from attributes-block), so the change depends on main-only behavior and would not apply cleanly.

To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:
