Ports merged verge-io/docs#468: - Rewrite run/product-guide/operations/drive-replacement.md with the updated process: Before You Begin warnings, Alarms/System Dashboard notification paths, proactive alert options, LED locate fallback tips, hot-swap vs. shutdown replacement, and same-slot vs. different-slot procedures. Screenshots dropped upstream are removed. - Remove the "Identifying a Failed Disk Drive" KB article (deleted upstream; content folded into the product guide), including its SUMMARY.md and group README entries.
